INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml. Hennessy VS
- 30 ml. Apricot liqueur
- 140 ml. Raspberry sorbet
- 70 ml. Vanilla ice cream
- 70 ml. Ice
- Garnish with raspberries and whipped cream
- Glass: Hurricane glass
Put all ingredients in a blender, blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and garnish with raspberries.
