1. Age limit for purchasing alcohol

You must be 18 years of age before you can buy products with more than 16.5% alcohol. However, you must be 16 years of age to buy products with an alcohol percentage of less than 16.5%.

2. Payment

When you order on our webshop, you can choose to pay by credit card. Here, payment is made securely via Quickpay, which encrypts all data. All payments go through 3D Secure, which ensures us that the card used belongs to the owner. You will receive an SMS from Nets with a code that you must enter in the payment window to complete the payment. We only withdraw the money from the customer's card when we have delivered or dispatched the order.
You can also choose to pay via Mobilepay, here you must transfer the amount to phone number 99235.

3. Delivery

3.1 Pickup in our store:
If you prefer to pick up your order in our store and thus save the shipping cost, this can be done Monday-Friday between 13.00-17.00. and Saturday in odd-numbered weeks at 10.00-14.00.

We only withdraw the money from your account when the order has been dispatched from our warehouse and the customer has received electronic Track & Trace from GLS. The package can then be followed via the GLS Track & Trace system via the number that you receive by email and SMS from GLS.

However, timely delivery requires GLS to comply with day-to-day delivery. If there are delays at GLS, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. PremiumBottles cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS. In the event of very late (several days) or outright non-delivery deliveries, PremiumBottles will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

4. Right of complaint

When you shop at, there is a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you have full right of complaint with us 24 months after your purchase.

5. Refund

In the case of agreed decorations, returned goods or prepaid goods that are canceled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are normally always made by bank transfer, and PremiumFamily therefore needs information about the registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be disclosed without further ado. email or other traditional form of correspondence.

6. Right of withdrawal

You as a customer have 14 days from receipt of the order to notify us of the return and a further 14 days to send the order back to us.

If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it (the seal on the bottle(s) must NOT be broken). Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.

You must bear the costs of the return and any damage to the product during the return - we recommend sending as an insured package. We recommend using PostNord.

8. Cancellation conditions for Private Dining

After ordering a conference or a company, you can cancel or reduce the number of participants following the rules below. The supplier is entitled to remuneration for the parts of the event that are not canceled in time.

Any deposit is not refunded, but if the date changes, it can be moved to a new date.

Up to and including 15 calendar days before arrival, the customer can cancel the entire ordered arrangement free of charge
10-15 days before arrival, the customer can cancel 50% of the ordered arrangement
7-10 days before arrival, the customer can cancel 25% of the ordered arrangement

We reserve the right for printing errors, suppliers' price increases, price errors, VAT and tax changes, out-of-stock or outgoing goods and delivery failures from our suppliers.
