INGREDIENTS
50 ml / 1.5 oz Hennessy Very Special
10 ml / 0.4 oz almond syrup
20 ml / 0.7 oz lemon juice
Grated nutmeg
1⁄2 egg white
COURSE OF ACTION
Step 1: Pour all liquids into a shaker and add egg whites. Shake vigorously to emulsify (without ice).
Step 2: Grate nutmeg into the shaker in two or three quick, smooth strokes. Give the mixture a final shake with fresh ice.
Step 3: Strain into a coupe glass.
Step 4: Garnish with grated nutmeg.
