A medium-sized grain with a wonderful nutty flavor that pampers your senses with a long aftertaste. Ossetra is an exciting Caviar, where the color can be a surprise every time. The caviar can range from golden to dark in color. The taste is always elegant, feminine and the epitome of exquisite purity!
Ossetra Caviar from the sturgeon species "Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii" is sought after for its characteristic, nutty taste, especially in French cuisine! This classic variety delighted connoisseurs even in the time when wild Caviar no longer existed. The grains are medium-sized and have a pleasant taste. On the palate, this Caviar develops a wonderfully creamy consistency.
