INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml. Hennessy VS
  • 7 ml. Apricot liqueur
  • 7 ml. concentrated cane sugar syrup (2:1)
  • 8 mint leaves
  • Garnish: Mint, powdered sugar

Place 8 mint leaves in the bottom of the julep cup and add the liquids. Then add crushed ice to half of the glass and stir to mix and cool the drink. Top with more crushed ice.

Garnish with mint leaves and a light layer of powdered sugar.
