10 grams: Ossetra: A medium-sized grain with a wonderful nutty flavor and a magnificent play of colors, Ossetra is the epitome of exquisite purity!
10 grams: Imperial Selection: A medium to large grain with a more robust texture creates the framework for a rich and creamy Caviar with a long aftertaste. The caviar's firmer structure gives a pop and melts gently on the tongue releasing delicate nutty notes that you simply can't get enough of.
10 grams: Beluga: Once you've fallen in love with the taste of Beluga Caviar, you'll never be able to get it out of your head. It comes from the European Beluga "Huso Huso" and is characterized by its rich, light gray to anthracite-colored roe "elephant gray". With a diameter of at least 3.3 mm, Beluga Caviar has the largest grain size. The experience of a delicate grain that melts in your mouth and leaves the finest creamy mouthfeel is a real treat for the senses.

Our Caviar is delivered day to day with GLS or the same day with a bicycle courier in Copenhagen. Delivered in a thermal bag with cooling elements. Put your Caviar in the refrigerator at a temperature between -2°C to +2°C (at the bottom and inside of your refrigerator)
Consume within 3 days of opening.
