Yellow Label Brut is a Champagne that really manages to create a balance between the strong acidity and soft bubbles. It has flavor notes of pear, peach and a bit of brioche, which really makes it fresh and lively.
Grapes: 30% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier
Dosage: 10g/L
Serving temperature: 8-10 degrees.
