The ICE Jacket is designed to keep an already chilled bottle of Champagne cool for up to an hour. The ICE Jacket is one of two iconic Veuve Clicquot products that have been sustainably reimagined and released as part of the occasion's 250th anniversary celebrations. The second product is ARROW
Tasting notes: A champagne that really manages to create a balance between the strong acidity and soft bubbles. It has notes of pears, peaches and a bit of brioche, which really makes it fresh and lively.
Grapes: 30% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier
Dosage: 10g/L
Serving temperature: 8-10 degrees.
Food pairing: This champagne goes perfectly with various fresh fish dishes, caviar with blinis and pasta dishes.
