INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cl. Geranium Gin
  • 3 cl. Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1.5 cl. Raspberry syrup
  • Raspberry
  • Strawberry
  • Fever Tree Indian Tonic

METHOD

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour 60 ml. Geranium gin in the wine glass.
  3. Stir with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Add 15 ml. raspberry syrup and 15 ml. freshly squeezed lime juice.
    (Cut the lime fruit in half and put it in a citrus squeezer and press into a jigger and further into the glass)
  5. Top up with approx. 60 ml. Fever Tree Indian Tonic.
  6. Stir with a cocktail spoon.
  7. Garnish with raspberries and strawberries.
