INGREDIENTS
- 6 cl. Geranium Gin
- 3 cl. Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1.5 cl. Raspberry syrup
- Raspberry
- Strawberry
- Fever Tree Indian Tonic
METHOD
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour 60 ml. Geranium gin in the wine glass.
- Stir with a cocktail spoon.

Add 15 ml. raspberry syrup and 15 ml. freshly squeezed lime juice.
(Cut the lime fruit in half and put it in a citrus squeezer and press into a jigger and further into the glass) - Top up with approx. 60 ml. Fever Tree Indian Tonic.
- Stir with a cocktail spoon.
- Garnish with raspberries and strawberries.
