INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cl. Isfjord Premium Arctic gin
  • 10-15 cl. Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water
  • Organic lime
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint

METHOD

  1. Serve with ice cubes in a long drink glass.
  2. Squeeze lime juice directly into the glass and cut off a small piece and put it and a few mint leaves into the glass.
  3. Add gin and top up with tonic.
  4. Stir and then garnish with mint leaves.
