INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cl. Belvedere Pure Vodka
  • 2 cl. Pomegranate juice
  • 2 cl. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cl. Cane sugar syrup
  • Handful of fresh mint

METHOD

  1. Put mint and cane sugar syrup in a tin shaker and mash with a muddler.
  2. Put the remaining ingredients in the shaker and add ice. (Cut the lemon in half and put it in a citrus squeezer and press into a jigger and further into the shaker)
  3. Shake until cooled.
  4. Put a strainer on your shaker and then strain the contents directly into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon peel.
