INGREDIENTS
- 5 cl. Belvedere Pure Vodka
- 2 cl. Pomegranate juice
- 2 cl. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cl. Cane sugar syrup
- Handful of fresh mint
METHOD
- Put mint and cane sugar syrup in a tin shaker and mash with a muddler.
- Put the remaining ingredients in the shaker and add ice. (Cut the lemon in half and put it in a citrus squeezer and press into a jigger and further into the shaker)
- Shake until cooled.
- Put a strainer on your shaker and then strain the contents directly into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon peel.
