INGREDIENTS
- 4.5 cl. CÎROC Pineapple Vodka
- A slice of pineapple
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 cl. Cane sugar syrup
- 3 cl. Freshly squeezed lime juice
COURSE OF ACTION
- Start by muddle a slice of pineapple and 3 mint leaves in the bottom of your shaker.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients to your shaker and add ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Put a strainer on your shaker and then pour the contents into a Collins glass with ice.
- Garnish with 3 mint leaves and possibly a twist of orange peel.
