INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cl. Rome
  • 4-6 halved lime wedges
  • 1 Dash Angostura
  • 1-2 tsp. Cane sugar
  • Fever-Tree Ginger Beer

COURSE OF ACTION

This cocktail builds up in the glass.

  1. Start by adding 4-6 halved lime wedges, 1-2 tsp. cane sugar and a dash of Angostura in the glass.
  2. Mud the contents thoroughly.
  3. Then add ice cubes and 4 cl. rum in the glass.
  4. Stir with a cocktail spoon.
  5. Top off with Ginger Beer.
  6. Garnish with a lime slice and possibly ground pepper.
