INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml. Hennessy VS
  • 15 ml. Lemon juice
  • 15 ml. Lime juice
  • 15 ml. Maple syrup
  • 7 ml. St Germaine Liqueur (Elderflower Liqueur)
  • A handful of blueberries and mint

COURSE OF ACTION

  1. Put a handful of blueberries in a tin shaker and mash them with a muddler.
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients and add ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Put a strainer on your tin shaker and then strain the contents directly into a glass with ice.
  5. Garnish with a few blueberries and mint leaves.

The face behind PremiumBottles

In 2014, PremiumBottles was founded by Rasmus Hilstrøm Bach-Lauritsen.

He can be found most weekdays in the shop on Gothersgade.

PremiumBottles is run by the whole family - Rasmus' father, Hans, can also be found in the store most weekdays.

We were previously located in Hvidovre

After 7 fantastic years at Nordlund Vingård in Hvidovre, we were given the opportunity in 2021 to move into the old and charming premises at Gothersgade 135. This opportunity was to bring physical store sales to our otherwise online-only business.

Nordlund Vingård is the ideal idyllic setting for, among other things, weddings.
