INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cl. Belvedere Vodka
  • 1 cl. Sweet Vermouth
  • 5 ml. Maraschino liqueur
  • 2 ml. Peychaud Bitters
  • 1 strip of lemon

METHOD

  1. Come 6 cl. Belvedere RED, 1 cl. Sweet Vermouth, 5 ml. Maraschino Liqueur and 2 ml. Peychaud Bitters in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until cooled.
  3. Put a strainer on your shaker and then strain the contents directly into a chilled Martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a strip of lemon peel.
