INGREDIENTS
- 6 cl. Belvedere Vodka
- 1 cl. Sweet Vermouth
- 5 ml. Maraschino liqueur
- 2 ml. Peychaud Bitters
- 1 strip of lemon
METHOD
- Come 6 cl. Belvedere RED, 1 cl. Sweet Vermouth, 5 ml. Maraschino Liqueur and 2 ml. Peychaud Bitters in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until cooled.
- Put a strainer on your shaker and then strain the contents directly into a chilled Martini glass.
- Garnish with a strip of lemon peel.
