INGREDIENTS

    • 4 cl. Belvedere Pure Vodka
    • 2 cl. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 1 cl. Cane sugar syrup
    • 2.5 cl. Strawberry syrup
    • 1 tsp. Meringue powder
    • 3-4 strawberries

    METHOD

    1. Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice, except strawberries.
      (Cut the lemon in half and put it in a citrus squeezer and press directly into the shaker)
    2. Shake briefly until cooled.
    3. Put a strainer on your shaker and then strain the contents directly into a glass with ice.
    4. Garnish with strawberries
