BELVEDERE SOUR FEATURING LEMON PIE
- 4 cl. Belvedere Pure Vodka
- 4 cl. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. Lemon cream
- 1.5 cl. Sugar syrup
- Meringue powder
COURSE OF ACTION
Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
(Cut the lemon in half and put it in a citrus squeezer and press into a jigger and further into the shaker)
- Shake until cooled
- Put a strainer on your shaker and then strain the contents directly into a glass.
- Sprinkle finely chopped meringue on top
