INGREDIENTS

    • 4 cl of Belvedere Pure Vodka
    • 2 mint sticks
    • 1.5 cl squeezed lemon juice
    • 1.5 cl cane sugar syrup
    • 1 slice of ginger
    • sparkling water

    METHOD

    1. Gently stir mint into the bottom of a Highball glass filled with crushed ice
    2. Add the remaining ingredients
    3. Top with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaves
