INGREDIENTS
- 4 cl of Belvedere Pure Vodka
- 2 mint sticks
- 1.5 cl squeezed lemon juice
- 1.5 cl cane sugar syrup
- 1 slice of ginger
- sparkling water
METHOD
- Gently stir mint into the bottom of a Highball glass filled with crushed ice
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Top with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaves
