INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cl. Belvedere Pure Vodka
  • 1 cl. Dry vermouth
  • 2 Green olives
  • 0.5 cl. Brine from green olives

METHOD

  1. Stir the olives in the bottom of your shaker.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  3. Shake until cooled.
  4. Put a strainer on your shaker and then strain the contents through a fine strainer directly into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with an olive.
