The Barba 70% is a sweet but also slightly flavoured chocolate. It is an 'easy' chocolate, but just at the end of tasting you might discover notes of black pepper spice. Friis-Holm call this chocolate Barba, because in Nicaragua where they found a population of very similar trees that had white lianas, so it looked like the trees had a moustaches.
