Leitz Eins Zwei Zero is something as rare as a non-alcoholic wine that actually tastes like wine (and good!). It is made from Riesling, and undergoes a gentle de-alcoholization via vacuum distillation, which preserves as much flavor and character from the Riesling as possible. Although alcohol-free alternatives do not have the depth and weight that we know from "real" wine, Eins Zwei Zero is so fresh, crisp and mouthwatering, supported by a great acidity, that you do not miss anything in the structure.

Aroma : Lime, orange blossom and apple
Tasting notes : Liquor and fresh with rhubarb, citrus and fine acidity.
Serving suggestion : As an aperitif, with light fish and seafood dishes or spicy Asian food.
