Lake Bartężek
Made from Dankowskie Diamond rye from a single farmer in northern Poland's Mazury district. A region known for its crystal clear glacial lakes and weather shaped by Baltic winds and long snowy winters. In fact, the rye in this region is buried under snow for more than 80 days a year, which adds to the character. The name Bartężek comes from Lake Bartężek, which is found near the eastern edge of the fields and helps to give the special feeling of terrior. With notes of black pepper, roasted nuts and cream – round, soft and perfectly balanced.
