BLUEBERRY MAPLE SOUR
- 50 ml. Hennessy VS
- 15 ml. Lemon juice
- 15 ml. Lime juice
- 15 ml. Maple syrup
- 7 ml. St Germaine Liqueur (Elderflower Liqueur)
- A handful of blueberries and mint
COURSE OF ACTION
- Put a handful of blueberries in a tin shaker and mash them with a muddler.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and add ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Put a strainer on your tin shaker and then strain the contents directly into a glass with ice.
- Garnish with a few blueberries and mint leaves.
