BELVEDERE RYE SOUR
- 6 cl. Belvedere Pure Vodka
- 3 cl. Orgeat syrup
- 2 cl. Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 egg white
- 2 ml. Bitter
- 1 Slice of lemon
Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
(Cut the lime in half and put it in a citrus squeezer and press into a jigger and further into the shaker)
- Shake until cooled.
- Put a strainer on your shaker and then strain the contents directly into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
