INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cl. Belvedere Pure Vodka
  • 3 cl. Orgeat syrup
  • 2 cl. Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 ml. Bitter
  • 1 Slice of lemon

METHOD

  1. Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
    (Cut the lime in half and put it in a citrus squeezer and press into a jigger and further into the shaker)
  2. Shake until cooled.
  3. Put a strainer on your shaker and then strain the contents directly into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice.
