The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow whiskey is the third release in the Harmony Collection.
It was created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney to celebrate Scotland's lush, fertile lands, connecting all those who have stood on them for generations.
The Macallan Whiskey Mastery Team has drawn inspiration from natural Scottish grasslands to create this distinctive expression, redolent of warm meadows and ripe barley fields, with a rich, citrus-scented finish, using a combination of both sherry and bourbon casks.
The flavor palette offers a rich oak flavor, lemon, melon, classic scone, almonds and green tea
Aroma: Ground coffee, hazelnuts, sweet raisin, dark cherry, toffee, vanilla, sweet oak.
Taste: Rich oak flavor, lemon, melon, classic scone, almonds and green tea.
Aftertaste: Rich, sweet, long and complex.
The Macallan was one of the first distilleries in Scotland to be legally licensed. Since then, they have built a reputation as one of the world leaders in Single Malt Whisky.
