A. Robert Arcanes N°5 is produced in very limited quantities. The grapes come from specially selected fields and are matured for over 10 years. It is reflected in all its complexity and fullness. Arcnes N°5 has very fine bubbles and a beautiful golden colour. In the fragrance, it exhibits powerful carat, as an expression of a beautiful maturity. There are notes of gingerbread that are followed by a delicate register of honey notes. The taste is generous and this allows the champagne to show its character to the fullest. In the finish there are notes of white fruits.
A. Robert Arcanes N°5 is made from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier. They source the grapes from five different locations. The harvest takes place manually, and the alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks and in 35 Hl casks. The wine then undergoes a malolactic fermentation.
Dosage is 8.5 g/l.
