With a beautiful amber color, Eminente Reserva opens with harmonious notes of freshly roasted coffee accompanied by softer aromas of dulce de leche, roasted almond and cocoa, providing a delicate and subtle aromatic balance. In the taste, you will find sweet notes of vanilla and smoky notes, coffee and more spicy notes of ginger and Sichuan pepper with a light taste of prunes, which gives a complex rich and incredibly deep rum with a velvety finish.
A unique rum - Reserva: Eminente Reserva Rum is produced on Cuban cultivated sugar cane, which is pressed, fermented and then distilled. A traditional Cuban method based on the eaux-de-vie method.
Aging: Eminente is aged for 7 years in light oak casks that have previously been used to age whisky. A traditional Cuban way of aging light Cuban rum, with all the complexity and depth of a very old rum.
Nose: Coffee, dulce de leche, toasted almond and cocoa
Palate: Vanilla, cane sugar, sishuan pepper and prune
Finish: Chocolate, molasses, almond and pear
Reserva: Eminente Reserva Rum is produced on Cuban cultivated sugar cane
