Glenmorangie Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky has recreated Glenmorangie Original and made it even smoother and more delicious than ever before.
The distillery's whisky makers are always exploring ways to bring new flavours and possibilities to their Single Malt. During their experiments, they concluded that their signature whisky's flavour was even more delicious at 12 years old than at 10.
To delight whisky lovers, old and new, Glenmorangie is relaunching The Original as a 12 year old instead of a 10 year old.
The silky, creamy whisky harmonizes very well with The Original's beloved notes of orange, honey, vanilla and peach.
The recreated Original has already met with expert approval and won an award-winning gold medal at the prestigious World Whisky Awards 2024.
Glenmorangie is known for having Scotland's tallest stills. The tall cauldrons provide increased contact between the spirit and the copper, and this has a marked effect on the taste of the final whisky, which becomes lighter and more elegant.
