Behind Pallini Limoncello lies a more than 100-year-old family recipe. In fact, the family has been making the traditional Italian liqueur since 1875! They use completely fresh lemons, of the Sfusato Amalfitano type, which are harvested by hand. The peel is infused in neutral spirit (made from molasses from sugar beets) within 24 hours of harvest. You have to work quickly if you want to preserve the aroma perfectly! The liqueur is flavored with sugar and bottled at 26% alcohol.
Color: Light, greenish-yellow.
Scent: The perfect scent of fresh lemon peel and juice.
Tasting notes: The taste is both full-bodied and fresh. Almost reminiscent of lemon meringue pie , with a minty freshness and balanced sweetness.

- 6 cl sparkling wine, e.g. Prosecco
- 2 cl sparkling water
How to Make a Limoncello Spritz
- Pour all ingredients into a medium wine glass filled with ice and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of lemon or a twist of lemon peel.
