Chuno Triple Turned 70% is a unique chocolate made from a single type/clone of cocoa. It releases flavor very quickly and has a balanced acidity. An excellent chocolate for beginners if you are unsure where to start. For a more complex chocolate, try Chuno Double Turned 70%, where the cocoa is fermented in a different way.
