Rare Brut Rose Millesime 2012, 75 cl.
Weather: In general, the 2012 vintage was unpredictable. The spring offered frost, torrential rain and hailstorms. During flowering, temperatures were cooler than average. However, the weather improved considerably towards the end of the summer, which meant that the grapes ripened beautifully. The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness and concentration.

Red wine: 8% blended from Les Riceys
Second fermentation: 8 years
Dosage: 7 g/l

Tasting notes: The nose is full of fresh red and black fruits and hints of cherry, the palate has great texture, bunches of fruit like passion fruit and bold red currants and black cherries. A complex rose with lots of texture and power and a light and delicate finish with a touch of salinity. Will age for 20+ years.
