INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cl. Belvedere Single Estate Smogery Forest Vodka
  • 1 White lump of sugar
  • Sparkling water
  • 2 ml. Angostura Bitters

COURSE OF ACTION

  1. Place a white sugar lump in a Rock glass.
  2. Pour sparkling water into the glass and stir thoroughly
  3. Add 2 ml. Angostura bitters and 6 cl. Belvedere Smogery Forest Vodka directly in the Rock glass.
  4. Add a large ice cube and stir until chilled.
  5. Garnish with a finger-length lemon and orange peel.
