INGREDIENTS

    • 6 cl. Gin Mare
    • Rosemary
    • Thyme
    • Ice
    • Fever Tree Indian Tonic

    METHOD

    1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
    2. Then add 6 cl. Gin Mare in the wine glass.
    3. Stir the gin and ice for half a minute to bring out the flavors.
    4. Top off with Fever Tree Indian Tonic.
    5. Garnish with rosemary and thyme.
