INGREDIENTS
- 5 cl. Belvedere Pure Vodka
- 2.5 cl. Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
- 1.5 cl. Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1.5 cl. Orgeat syrup
- Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic
METHOD

Put all ingredients, including Tonic, in a shaker with ice.
(Cut the grapefruit and lime in half and put them in a citrus squeezer and press into a jigger and further into the shaker) - Shake until cooled.
- Put a strainer on your shaker and then strain the contents directly into a highball glass with ice.
- Top it off with Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic.
- Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
