INGREDIENTS
- 5 cl. Belvedere Intense Vodka
- 1/2 freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 ml. Elderflower Syrup
- 2 ml. Angostura Bitters
- Fever Tree Ginger Beer
- A slice of lime
METHOD

Put all ingredients, including Ginger Beer and the lime slice, in a shaker with ice
(Cut the lemon in half and put it in a citrus squeezer and press directly into the shaker) - Shake until cooled.
- Put a strainer on your shaker and then strain the contents through a fine strainer directly into a chilled highball glass.
- Top off with Fever Tree Ginger Beer.
- Stir gently with cocktail spoon.
- Garnish with a lime slice.
