INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cl. Belvedere Intense Vodka
  • 1/2 freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ml. Elderflower Syrup
  • 2 ml. Angostura Bitters
  • Fever Tree Ginger Beer
  • A slice of lime

METHOD

  1. Put all ingredients, including Ginger Beer and the lime slice, in a shaker with ice
    (Cut the lemon in half and put it in a citrus squeezer and press directly into the shaker)
  2. Shake until cooled.
  3. Put a strainer on your shaker and then strain the contents through a fine strainer directly into a chilled highball glass.
  4. Top off with Fever Tree Ginger Beer.
  5. Stir gently with cocktail spoon.
  6. Garnish with a lime slice.
