INGREDIENTS

• 5 cl. Belvedere Pure Vodka
• 2.5 cl. Pear syrup
• 1 cl. Cane sugar syrup
• 1 cl. Freshly squeezed lime juice
• 2 sprigs rosemary

METHOD

1. Stir rosemary around the bottom of your shaker to release flavor notes.
2. Put ice in the shaker.
3. Add the remaining ingredients to the shaker.
4. Shake until cooled.
5. Place a strainer on your shaker and then strain the contents directly into a martini glass.
6. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
