INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cl. Hennessy VS
  • 5 cl. Pink Grapefruit juice
  • 7 cl. Pomegranate syrup
  • Top up with equal parts champagne and sparkling water
  • Garnish: Pink Grapefruit Twist
  • Glass: Collins

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients into a tin shaker filled with ice cubes, except champagne and sparkling water.
  2. Shake until cool.
  3. Then pour the contents into a Collins glass with ice.
  4. Top up with equal parts champagne and sparkling water, garnish with a Pink Grapefruit twist.
