INGREDIENTS
- 3 cl. Hennessy VS
- 5 cl. Pink Grapefruit juice
- 7 cl. Pomegranate syrup
- Top up with equal parts champagne and sparkling water
- Garnish: Pink Grapefruit Twist
- Glass: Collins
METHOD
- Pour all ingredients into a tin shaker filled with ice cubes, except champagne and sparkling water.
- Shake until cool.
- Then pour the contents into a Collins glass with ice.
- Top up with equal parts champagne and sparkling water, garnish with a Pink Grapefruit twist.
