Distillation takes place with care and precision in traditional copper pot stills to preserve the full potential of the grapes and create a cognac of exceptional purity and finesse.
After distillation, the selected eaux-de-vie mature for up to 130 years in specially selected French oak casks. This extremely long maturation helps to develop an extraordinary complexity and depth of flavor. Each drop absorbs subtle nuances from the oak and is enriched with notes of vanilla, spices, wood and flowers.
