Château Minuty Rose et Or is a complex rosé made from handpicked grenache, cinsault and roll grapes that have been influenced by sea breezes. It first appeared in 2009 when Château Minuty's winemakers decided to take their signature subtle flavors and intense aromas to the next level.
Grapes are handpicked when they are perfectly ripe and come from three terroirs: Gassin with its amazing crystalline slate; Vidauban with its deep red clay and Ramatuelle, on sand with sea views for a light touch. The result is an elegant rosé with hints of pink grapefruit and white peach combined with aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers.
