Veuve Clicquot Reserve Cuvée is a special release of the traditional Yellow Label Brut (The Yellow Widow)
Veuve Clicquot Réserve Cuvée is allowed to mature for an extra 6 to 9 months (that is, a total of 33-36 months) before it is disgorged and at the same time receives a dosage of 10g. of a special aromatic dosage that is barrel-aged grape brandy. This means that the final blend has a slightly more golden color than the traditional Yellow Label.
The Réserve Cuvée has fine notes of peach, apricot and pear on the palate with a touch of brioche and underlying spices, which comes from the unique dosage used for the Reserve Cuvée.

Technical information:
Pinot Noir: approx. 50-55%
Chardonnay: approx. 28-33%
Meunier: approx. 15-20%
Of which 30-45% comes from their large reserve wine catalog.
The final blend consists of grapes from 50-60 different wines, which come from 22 municipalities in Champagne.
