Isfjord gin is a silver winner in the blind test at the International Sprits Challenge 2012 and at the Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2016. An achievement in itself, for something as unusual as a Danish/Greenlandic super premium gin. Isfjord Gin is among the softest gins on the market. Distilled with 12 botanicals and added some of the world's purest natural water, which comes from ice that has calved from the Greenland ice sheet and into the sea off the town of Ilulissat, which lies north of the Arctic Circle. The ice is up to 180,000 years old.
This gin is extremely well balanced, with a taste of juniper and lemongrass, soft notes of angelica root, with a touch of cardamom, ending in a soft, sweet, and slightly bitter aftertaste of orange. RAW SMOOTHNESS.
