Veuve Clicquot Réserve Cuvée is allowed to mature 6 to 9 months longer than the traditional Yellow Label, i.e. a total of 33-36 months. It is then disgorged and at the same time receives a very special aromatic dosage, which is barrel-aged grape brandy. This means that the final blend has a slightly more golden color than the traditional Yellow Label.
On the palate, Réserve Cuvée has fine notes of peach, apricot and pear with a hint of brioche and underlying spices, which comes from the unique dosage used for Réserve Cuvée.
