This 100% Chardonnay Champagne is the result of a small batch cuvée production, made by experts who have used exclusively grapes from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Its unique blend delivers minerality, suppleness, roundness and lightness.

An elegant, complex and powerful release that can be enjoyed now, or stored in your cellar for another 20 years - for a more roasted and honeyed taste. Each bottle is plated with metal and finished with French wine labels applied and polished by hand.

Scent:
Initial aromas of lightly buttered, baked pastry followed by notes of pear, hazelnut and a hint of gingerbread.

Taste:
On the palate, the taste of fruit such as guava, gooseberry and peach is complemented by the sweet spice notes of cinnamon and vanilla. The finish is fresh and mineral.

Blend:
The Côte des Blancs lies to the south and gives notes of fresh tropical fruit to the wine, while the Montagne de Reims, further north, brings a tighter acidity.

The resulting blanc de blancs has powerful acidity and lightness that is elegantly balanced with supple and round fruit.
