Barba 70% is a sweet but also slightly aromatic chocolate. It is a mild chocolate and you may detect notes of black pepper at the end. In Nicaragua, the team behind Friis-Holm found a population of trees with white lianas that made the trees look like they had beards, hence the name Barba.
