This is probably the best non-alcoholic sparkling wine we have ever tasted! Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling is made from Riesling, and undergoes a gentle de-alcoholization via vacuum distillation, which preserves as much flavor and character from the Riesling as possible. Although alcohol-free alternatives do not have the depth and weight that we know from "real" wine, Sparkling Eins Zwei Zero is so fresh, crisp and mouth-watering, supported by a great acidity, that you do not miss anything in the structure.

Aroma : Lively and delicious aroma with notes of green apples, elderberry and kiwi.
Tasting notes : Nice mousse and pleasant acidity. Hints of lime, apple and rhubarb.
