Pallini is widely famous for what is perhaps the world's best limoncello. And luckily the peach doesn't fall far from the tree. Their Peachcello has finally arrived in Denmark, and we can only get our hands dirty because we need to use it to mix a Bellini!
Peachello is inspired by Virgilio Pallini Senior's love of peaches and the homemade liqueur his wife made for him. It is made with white peaches from Emilia Romagna, picked when perfectly ripe.
Color : Orange gold.
Scent : Intense scent of ripe, juicy peach.
Tasting notes : Lots of stone fruit and a fresh flick of tart citrus that really suits it.
Serving suggestion : Enjoy it neat, preferably chilled, or in cocktails. Mix it 1:3 with sparkling wine for a fantastic Bellini!
