It is blended from dark (80%) and light (20%) rums of different ages. It is then stored for up to 12 years. This is rum that is exclusively distilled in pot stills.
The taste begins with characteristic vanilla and honey notes, which develop into a heavier expression with dark caramel and cinnamon as a foundation.
