Sublime Demi-Sec perfect combination of crispness and lightness. Although the blend of Cuvée Sublime is based on Piper-Heidsieck's Cuvée Brut, this champagne has a personality all its own. With a generous sweetness and an extra year of aging in the cellars, this champagne represents luxurious pleasure.
Food pairing
Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Sublime is the Champagne for desserts, wreath cake or other sweet dishes, but also wonderful as an aperitif, perhaps on a hot summer day. Produced on Pinot Noir (approx. 50%), Pinot Munier (approx. 30%) and Chardonnay (approx. 20%). Dosage is 35g/l (demi-sec)
Facts about the champagne
The color is beautiful golden sparkling in the persistent fine bubbles. The welcoming bouquet suggests both vanilla and tropical fruit. The taste is fresh with a slight sweetness as from caramelized pears and ripe fruits. A touch of walnut and almonds gives the wine depth and structure.
