Facts about the champagne
The color is deep rosé with reflections from the fine bubbles. Approx. 25% of the Pinot Noir grapes are vinified with the grape skins, which give the color and add character to the wine. An intense and lovely scent of mixed berries which is also repeated in the taste, which is relatively strong and characterized by the juicy Pinot Noir. The wine is produced from Pinot Noir (approx. 55%), Pinot Munier (approx. 30%) and Chardonnay (approx. 15%). Dosage 10 g/l (broken)
