Bouquet suggests both vanilla and tropical fruit
In 2006, Piper-Heidsieck launched Piper-Piscine, a semi-dry Champagne to be enjoyed with ice cubes to create an alternative to the traditional way of enjoying Champagne. It was a tribute to the sunny and cheerful South of France and to the relaxed lifestyle. Today it is called Piper-Heidsieck Riviera and is still an unpretentious and different demi-sec Champagne that can be enjoyed over ice in a slightly larger glass.

Perfect champagne for summer days
The color is fresh golden and with continuous fine bubbles that find their way between the ice cubes. The fruity bouquet suggests both vanilla and tropical fruit. The taste is refreshing with balanced sweetness as from caramel and ripe fruits. A touch of walnut and almonds gives the wine depth and structure. Piper-Heidsieck Riviera is the Champagne for relaxed moments outdoors, - perhaps on the beach, or as the perfect welcome to the outdoor party.

Facts about the champagne
An unpretentious and different demi-sec Champagne that can be enjoyed over ice in a slightly larger glass. It is produced on Pinot Noir (approx. 53%), Pinot Munier (approx. 30%) and Chardonnay (approx. 17%). Dosage is 35g/l (demi-sec)
